Hi, I’m Bethany.

The kitchen has been my favorite room of the house since I was little. Not simply for the love of baking, though I am admittedly, obsessive about it. Feeding people brings me joy, and good food can bring connection in a way few things can. Six years ago, after a decade of being gluten free, I discovered the ancient craft of sourdough baking. To my great surprise, the process of fermentation not only yielded incredible bread, but bread that was easily digestible. From that moment on, I was hooked. One loaf became two, two became four, and the vision of baking for my neighborhood was born. Each loaf is infused with a love for this community and an appreciation for the beauty of this craft. It’s a joy to be here, and I hope to bake for you soon.

I live in Old Town Longmont with my partner, Jordan, our wild, creative boys, and our sweet bakery baby. When I’m not baking, you can find me playing in the mountains, getting lost in creative projects, or planning our next family trip.
